On 29 September 2026, German RETech Partnership e.V. will host a Circular Economy Roundtable at :metabolon in Lindlar, Germany, as part of the ADB (Asian Development Bank) Germany Roadshow 2026.
The event will bring together representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and German companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to discuss procurement opportunities, market developments, and project pipelines in the circular economy sector across the Asia-Pacific region.
Participants will gain practical insights into ADB-financed projects in areas such as waste management, recycling, waste-to-energy, and resource efficiency, while learning how German technologies and expertise can contribute to sustainable development initiatives in the region.
The programme includes presentations from ADB experts, discussions on business opportunities and procurement procedures, networking sessions with industry stakeholders, and a guided tour of :metabolon, one of Germany’s leading innovation hubs for circular economy and resource efficiency.
The Circular Economy Roundtable is part of a broader outreach initiative organized by the Agency for Business and Economic Development (AWE) and the German Asia-Pacific Business Association (OAV) to strengthen engagement between German companies and ADB-financed projects.
