Following the successful launch of ISWA Germany’s Carbon Market Series, the second webinar will take place online on 26 October 2026 and focus on the practical application of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement for waste management and circular economy projects.
Building on the introductory session, the webinar will explore how waste management projects can engage with Article 6 mechanisms in practice, including key considerations for project developers, implementation challenges, and opportunities for mobilising climate finance.
The session will once again feature Sergi Cuadrat, Managing Director for Carbon Markets at Perspectives Climate Group GmbH, who will share practical insights into project implementation under Article 6 and discuss its relevance for international waste management and circular economy projects.
